Tour Policies

Please read and understand the policies to avoid unnecessary charges.

All tours include a private vehicles that either accommodate a maximum of 9 or 14 passengers depending on the van size. Drivers will not allow additional passengers.

If traveling with children requiring a child safety seat please include this in the comments at checkout and we will do out best to accommodate this need at no cost.

The tour is for a maximum of 12 hours and the latest departure time is 8:00 AM to allow for a decent return time. If a later departure time is desired we cannot guarantee a full 12 hours of tour time.

Cancellation Policy

Tours cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive full refund.
Tours cancelled within 48 hours or are considered a “no show” will be charge 100%
Tours cancelled due to unforeseen causes like severe weather or vehicle breakdowns will issue full refunds or rescheduling will be an option

COBA RUINS

Coba is ancient Mayan Ruin that is one of our favorites. It is expansive spreading out over 30 square miles (80 square km). Although not required, we encourage visitors to consider hiring a guide at Coba. They are inexpensive and experts!

Plan on spending at least two hours at Coba to explore thoroughly. Highlights include the option to ride bikes for a portion of the tour and climbing up the 120 steps for a spectacular view.

CENOTE OF CHOICE

Cenote Choo-Ha

There are many cenotes located between Coba and Tulum to choose from. Our recommendations include the Grand Cenote, Tamcach-Ha, Choo-Ha or the Carwash cenote. Each of these four options have unique characteristics. Your guide will discuss each and help decide which will be best for you and your group.

Depending on your desires at each destination you will have the option to visit more than one cenote.

TULUM RUINS

Setting on some of the most magnificent beaches in the world are the Tulum ruins. The Tulum ruins are much smaller than Coba so touring will take around an hour for most. Since these ruins are much smaller it is not necessary for most to higher a guide, although optional.

You will have the option to enjoy beach time while visiting Tulum!
