Services provided to guest’s is what set’s BRIC apart from other rental companies. Each rental is assigned an Ambassador to help maintain a higher standard of guest services. The Ambassador will conduct a personalized check-in and check-out, offer services like shopping, reservations, and handling any issues if they may arise.
A few additional items worth mentioning is that most of their rental comes with a pre-paid cell phone (with credit) to use during the stay, complimentary bottled water, welcome basket, mid-stay cleaning and lots of friendly team members.
