PARK ACTIVITIES

ZIP LINES

These 10 different zip lines are family friendly the highest is 9 mts high and the longest is 160 mts. The are 2 suspension bridges that will add some adrenaline flow to your day. If you are new in this activity the guides will give you a short course, you will always feel safe as they will include helmet and protective gloves for this activity. Get ready to fell free and enjoy views for the tropical forest from the high of your zip line!

TIPS: You will be provided with all the proper safety equipment, and park staff will securely harness you in before launching you.

Requirements for Zip-lining:
Minimum age of 3 years
Minimum Weight is 40 kg / 88 lbs in order to zip-line on your own (small children can ride along harnessed with a parent)
Maximum Weight is 136 kg / 300 lbs

You will be provided with all the proper safety equipment, and park staff will securely harness you in before launching you.

UNDERGROUND CAVE

This activity is called the “The Pearl of the Park”. Ranked top 10 undergrounds walk by National Geographic. There is a surreal world waiting to be explored.  The Aktun-Chen grotto is estimated to have formed approximately 5 million years ago, it could be dark in some parts but full of life, including bats, coatis and bind fishe. During the exploration you will have a guide telling you facts and story of the grotto. This is a experience you can’t miss!

CENOTE

This is a beautiful underground cenote, stalactites and stalagmites formations along the cave will make it as unforgettable swimming to remember for all your life, it is a magic world to discover.

TIP: There are lights under the water that will show you beautiful stone formations. This will be a refreshing activity for the full family!

PARK FACILITIES

All of the activities begin at the lobby where you first check in.

Don’t miss the little zoo, you will be able to see spider monkeys, parrots, deer and snakes in the herpetarium.

PARK HOURS

The park is open every day 9:30 am – 5:30 pm.

LOCATION/DIRECTIONS

This eco park is 3.5 kilometers off Federal Highway 307, on the way to Tulum 30 min south of Playa del Carmen.

Getting There

The best options if you do not have a rental car is to either hire a taxi or colectivo. If you are coming in colectivo they will drop you on the 307 road. There is a palapa with a big sign on it that reads “SHUTTLE TO RECEPTION”. The park provides complementary transportation service to the entrance from here. The maximum you have to wait will be 15 min.
