Most 5 star hotels have a doctor or nurse in-house. Any hotel or even a taxi driver can recommend to you a source for medical advice or care. The Mexican health system is a 5-tier program. Most doctors or services will require you to pay cash, some accept credit cards. Keep all receipts for your reimbursement if you have medical insurance.
